Are you on Team Truffle or Team No Truffle? I, for one, am leaning towards the former.

Here’s a treat for fans of the prized fungus: Domino’s Pizza is launching a brand new pizza flavour, Truff-Elation, that will only be available from 22 March to 16 May 2022.

The good stuff comes in the form of creamy truffle cheese sauce, followed by a layer of white button mushrooms and stringy mozzarella atop hand-stretched signature New York crust. And hey, it’s vegetarian-friendly.

Truffles and mushrooms go hand in hand, and I was not surprised at how good this tasted. It’s hard to go wrong with fairly simple yet complementary flavours. Do note that the truffle fragrance comes through very strongly.

The Truff-Elation pizza will be available for dine-in, takeaway and islandwide delivery (within a guaranteed 30 minutes) at S$27.90 for a 9-inch regular pizza, S$37.90 for a 12-inch large pizza, and S$47.90 for a 15-inch Xtra large pizza.

Domino’s is also launching Truffle Chicken Mac & Cheese (S$12.90 for a la carte, S$8.90 with Truff-Elation Pizza) for a limited time only. Once more, expect your senses to be assailed by that rich truffle cheese sauce, alongside white button mushrooms and smoked chicken breast.
