As much we love feasting on hotpot alongside free-flow condiments and snacks at Haidilao Singapore — I still have tons of hacks and DIY creations I wanna try out — it seems as though the desserts have been in the spotlight.
With different outlets offering unique dessert options, like the DIY shaved ice dessert bar at Bugis+ and Bedok , and the free-flow high tea at 313@somerset, it’s hard to say no to a sweet treat after inhaling all that spicy and savoury broth!
Well, it’s a good day to have a sweet tooth, because you can now enjoy “two types of hotpot” at the Haidilao outlet in Wisma Atria in the form of their brand new dessert hotpot.
Served in large transparent hotpot-shaped bowls, each dessert hotpot comes with ice, as well as complimentary fruit like watermelon, honeydew, mango, apples, grapes, and tomatoes, and assorted syrups.
Feel free to top up S$1 for additional toppings such as black pearls, taro paste, strawberry pops, lychee pops, taro balls, and green tea balls.
However, ingredients may vary depending on availability, so who knows what you’ll be able to jazz up your hotpot with?
You can even request for dry ice to be added to the bowl for a theatrical “bubbling” effect, because hotpot should always be a fun experience, whether you’re with your family, friends, or partner.
This dessert hotpot can be enjoyed for just S$2 but you can get it for free with a minimum spend of S$200 (which honestly isn’t that hard). Do note it is only available on weekdays (Mondays to Fridays) for dine-in before 6pm at the Haidilao Wisma Atria outlet.
