The new menu features standout dishes from the Pacific Coast alongside a cocktail lineup inspired by six countries: USA, Peru, Thailand, Korea, Australia, and Malaysia.

With waves of entertainment, from live musicians and dancers to an on-site DJ, every night brings something new.

Here’s what we tried:

Cod Fish Croquetas (S$16) delivers golden, crunchy bites topped with Spanish anchovies, paired with a zesty mustard mayo. The spectacular crunch will leave you wanting more.

Saikyo Miso Foie Gras (S$28) is a decadent pan-seared foie gras accompanied by sweet corn velouté and crispy Sichuan corn. Luxuriously creamy and indulgent.

Belly of the Beast (S$36) presents a 12-hour braised Sakura pork belly, brown butter carrot purée, and BBQ sauce—need we say more? Absolute perfection.

B.K.T Salad (S$20) combines brie, kale, and tomatoes tossed in walnut dressing, finished with candied cashews for a sweet and savory balance (As a non-salad fan, this was a pleasant favourite).

Mala Shrooms (S$18) surprises with a Sichuan-style medley of BBQ mushrooms, garlic confit, and pickled ginger. Numbing, flavorful, and unexpectedly addictive.

For drinks, the Soi Sky (S$22) stands out as the crowd favorite.

Inspired by the Thai dish, Tom Yum, it’s a refreshing sour cocktail with a tangy taste that wakes your tastebuds right up with the kaffir lime and galangal. Light, herbal, and an unexpected delight.

Triple Lime Sling (S$20) was bitter yet refreshing. This highball features Roku gin, tangy makrut lime, ginger beer, and bitters. Perfect for those who like their drinks with a bit of an edge.

Monk in the Jungle (S$20) surprises with its herbal flavor, reminiscent of luo han guo. A creative twist on the Jungle Bird, features Havana 7 rum, monk fruit tea, and a touch of honey citrus.

Red Date Reverie (S$20) was a surprise. This soju-based cocktail starts with warm jujube tea flavors and ends with a gingery undertone. Subtle, smooth, and sophisticated.
