From Japanese-NY-inspired bagels to dessert bagels filled with fruits and whipped cream, our obsession with bagels knows no bounds. In a bid to add a little bounce to your mornings, McDonald’s Singapore has (quietly) launched a new addition to the breakfast menu — the Breakfast Bagel.
In the words of one of our favourite fast food chains, “mornings don’t have to be hard, in fact it should be springy, wholesome and so so flavourful!“
Think succulent mushrooms topped over an egg and sizzling chicken roll, complete with cheddar and white cheddar cheese on springy, wholemeal bagel buns. But of course, you can also choose to customise your bagel by omitting specific ingredients if you wish.
Available only during breakfast hours, the Breakfast Bagel is priced at S$5 for a la carte, but you can bulk it up with the Breakfast Bagel Meal (S$6.20), which comprises a Hashbrown or 3oz Corn Cup and a drink of choice.
