Tucked away in the perpetually crowded Bukit Timah Food Centre, That’s My Pizza is run by a duo of first-time hawkers specialising in a range of delectable pizzas with both sweet and savoury toppings.
One major plus point for those who tend to feel bloated after eating a ton of carbs is that the hand-stretched pizzas served here are made with 72-hour fermented dough, which makes it easier to digest.
You can choose from an array of Asian-inspired flavours such as Curry Chicken (S$18), Japanese Chashu Kurobuta (S$24) and Mala Smoked Duck (S$20). If you prefer to stick to the tried and tested, the stall also offers more traditional choices such as Hawaiian (S$18) and Parma Arugula (S$25), which features premium aged ham.
The prices might seem a little steep for a hawker setting, but they’re justified by the fresh and high quality ingredients used. The result is a soft, chewy and fragrant base that is crispy around the edges with just the right amount of char. Top it off with premium ingredients and a generous amount of cheese (for that IG-worthy cheese pull).
To end the meal on a sweet note, explore the selection of unique dessert pizzas in flavours like Banana Salted Caramel (S$18) and Nutella Marshmallow (S$17), as well as refreshing Kombucha (S$7).
